Harbour Farm has a wonderful location and is ideal for a self catering holiday on the Isle of Wight.
The Water Bailiff's Cottage is centrally heated with a cosy atmosphere and a very pretty outlook over a private lake. The Cottage is fully furnished for four people with windows overlooking the garden and lake at the rear. Ducks, swans and many other species fly into the lake.
The farm is within a European Nature Reserve.
Accommodation consists of two double
bedrooms, one with two single 3ft beds and the other with a 5ft double
bed. All the beds have duvets and spare blankets are provided.The sitting room has french doors on to a patio, which faces south-east. There is a TV/DVD/Video.
There is a small hall/dining area.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin and toilet. The
kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer,
microwave, coffee machine and washer dryer. There are good local shops, pubs and restaurants close by
in Bembridge and St Helens.

We provide linen and towels, but please bring your own beach
towels.
- Baby-sitting can be arranged.
- A cot and highchair are provided.
- The Garden is safe for small children.
- Sorry, no smoking and no pets.
- Free under cover storage available for bikes, dinghies, sail boards etc.
- Private fishing lake, and fishing trips can be arranged.

Three weeks before the holiday commences, together with an additional deposit of £50. This additional deposit is held until the end of your stay to cover any possible breakages or damages, and is refundable. |
The beach is about 10 minutes easy walk. At low tide there is sand and small rock pools and you can walk for about a mile around the coastline at this time.
The Cottage is on one level and is suitable for the partially disabled. |
THE COTTAGE IS AVAILABLE FROM 3 P.M. ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, UNTIL 11 A.M. ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. Arrival and departure dates can be flexible after the end of October. Please telephone for further information.

We are able to book ferry crossings at favourable rates from Portsmouth or Lymington.
If you would like us to do so, please let us know your preferred route, times of travel, car registration number and number of people travelling.
DIRECTIONS:
Harbour Farm is situated midway between St. Helens and Bembridge. Once you have reached Ryde, follow the Sandown Road (A3055) and turn off half a mile before Brading at traffic lights signposted to St. Helens and Bembridge (B3330). After arriving at St. Helens Green turn right down the hill on to Embankment Road. Half way along Embankment Road there is a sign on the right hand side indicating a sharp bend. Turn immediately right at this sign, down the lane marked 'private road' to the farm. The farmhouse is on the right and the cottage is on the left.
